Directfoto uses all Kodak materials and provides a high quality Mail-order Digital Printing Service to the UK & Europe. Directfoto is digitally enabled and can provide photographs and photogifts from all digital media. One of the functions of this site is to provide FREE software for you to download, to enable you to forward your digital images over the net to us to process into real photographs. This website also enables us to sell premium branded consumable products to you at leading prices in the UK by passing on the large discounts we already receive with our bulk purchasing power in the core developing business.

Send your Memory Card or a CD with your images burned on to us at our FREEPOST address. Simply print out and complete the order form from the “Digital Prints by Post” section and send it in along with your payment and images.

Digital Prints Via Post - Post to us is FREE using our FREEPOST address. Postage back to you is as indicated on the envelopes used or the order forms printed. This may vary depending on the promotion being run at the time.

Directfoto uses 1st Class Royal Mail from Guernsey (Channel Islands) and aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days of us receiving it. For Photogifts we aim to process your order within 7 days of reciept. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch. Our tracking tests show that 95% of goods reach our customers within 7 days of dispatch.
Please note around Mothers Day, Easter, Christmas etc… delays may occur due to the increase in the post volumes throughout the UK.
If goods have not been received within 14 working days, please contact our customer services on 01481 239729 for help. A postal search will then be instigated and a re-dispatch if necessary.
Prices shown on the website include all duties due for UK (inc. Rep. of Ireland). The prices displayed are the prices paid.
In exceptional circumstances, refunds are given at the discretion of the management.
Directfoto will reprint or replace any order that is deemed to be of insufficient quality. Orders must be returned to Directfoto and the original images must be of sufficient quality. It is advised to obtain proof of postage when returning orders as we cannot accept responsibility if orders are lost in the post.

1. What do you do with the details I give when ordering products/digital prints/film envelopes/e-newsletter?
Your privacy is important to us, your name & address details are kept on our secure database which allows us to process your order more quickly. Your details will NOT be passed on to any third parties without your prior consent. We do not keep a record of your credit card details on our database for security reasons. When you complete a purchase from Directfoto , we will ask for a billing address, a delivery address, a credit card number for the payment of developing/products, postal and handling costs so that we can fulfill your request. You will also give information when you answer survey questions and sign up for our e-newsletter order envelopes.
2. What do you use the information for?
Any information you may give in customer surveys will be used to further improve our service to you and to further understand our customer’s wants and needs. Customer Information is used to communicate with you, and we consider this communication to be an integral part of the Directfoto service. We use your email and mailing address to inform you of site improvements, newsletters, Directfoto promotional offers, and occasional third-party promotional offers that may be of interest to you. Only Directfoto (or agents working on behalf of Directfoto under confidentiality agreements) will send you these direct mailings. If you do not wish to be an active participant in these communications please contact our customer services department on 01481 239729 or email sales@ Directfoto .co.uk to be removed from our mailing list.
3. How long will you keep my images and are they safe?
Your images are kept on our in-house secure servers for up to 60 days. After this time they are deleted. This allows for easy reprinting of images should they get lost or damaged in the post or you want reprints and/or enlargements. They are only accessible by approved staff members and stored on secure premises.
4. With whom do you share customer information?
Your Customer Information is provided to third parties solely for the purpose of providing you the services you request at the time that you request them. Third party intermediaries do not store, retain, access or otherwise use your Customer Information other than as necessary to provide you with the Directfoto service. These third party intermediaries (for example, credit card authorization companies, DfD prints software operators, merchandise distributors, vendors processing our outbound direct mailings communication, etc.) and those who help us run the Directfoto Service and Website only.
